If for any reason you are unable to follow thru with your purchase before the puppy turns 8 weeks old, you will be refunded your deposit price less 150.00 after the above puppy is re-sold.  If the puppy is 8 weeks old or older your deposit will NOT be refunded.  

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of purchase and has been started on permanent inoculations.  You have 72 hours from the time of purchase to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian and you are strongly urged to do so.  If the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the puppy it will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value immediately, or when available, provided a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the puppy’s illness and the puppy must be returned within 72 hours from the time of purchase.  The seller will in no circumstances refund any/or part of the purchase price to the buyer.  We the seller can NOT assume ANY responsibility for this puppy once leaving our premises.  Any and ALL cost incurred, not just veterinary are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  The buyer agrees & binds himself to take good care of this puppy; feed & house him/her properly through out the dogs entire life.  The buyer  further states the he/she will NOT chain, tie or otherwise mistreat this puppy/dog.  If for any reason you (buyer) can no longer care for this puppy/dog  properly, you must contact us (seller) immediately.  We will take the puppy/dog back immediately & find it a loving “forever” home or raise it here with us.  We, Bill and Susan Heath brought this puppy into this world & we believe it is our responsibility to make sure it has a loving home for it’s entire life.  All of our puppies are sold on a limited AKC registration.  This means that we the seller are selling this puppy as a “pet” and the puppy is sold WITHOUT breeding rights.  This puppy should be spayed /neutered by the ____ day of _____, 20___.
